Arashi doesn't look particularly happy himself. In fact, the only other time the Waltzlet looked this angry today was when Mistral's ice wall went up and kept them from killing the second Axe Beak. There's a crackle of static as he moves his wings.
"I don't need to know how to kill," he almost growls. "I need to know how to stop." And while old impulses in his mind won't let him attack Kuja - and deep down he probably doesn't really want to, he's just angry again - they do nothing for him flying off in a snit and casting a thunder spell at the ground some two feet in front of Kuja as a warning not to follow.
