As soon as they return to the universe they've been frequenting, Arashi takes to the air to check some details against the maps he'd been looking over during lunch. Waltzes, like Mages, have poor visual acuity when it comes to documents, but can focus easier on moving things - like terrain below when flying.

The others, on the wagon-rutted road just outside of Sarwin, wait for a moment and adjust their belongings.

Once they're on the little dragon scrambles to her feet with surprising grace for her apparent age and then wriggles her toes some more before bending down to poke one boot as though to make sure the toes are really still there.

He toes are, indeed, still there. But the Waltzes nearly aren't.

Mistral, at least, is waiting for them to catch up, but Arashi and Blaze are on their way towards that mountain pass.

Silver notices this, and her expression goes to slight chagrin as she runs to Mistral.

"If you ask me, those two are a bit nuts," Mistral says to her, as he reaches to hold one of her hands and head after the taller two Waltzes.

Rydia just follows along with the group. She's there mainly so they have some adult supervision when they need it.
